Verna is the daughter of Ashley & Phoebe Mendes, granddaughter of the late Anthony (pop) & Artie Mendes, and late Romulus & Puri (mom) Viegas.

When Verna was studying in London she was very studious, so much when I wanted to take her out for lunch she declined. She said she had to get back to her studies. Verna, congratulations on this incredible achievement.
